Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery only in select zip codes in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Those zip codes are 45249, 45140, 45040, 45069, 45243, 45236, 45242, 45044, 45050, 45174, 45237.
We will notify by email the delivery date, and then confirm by email when the delivery has happened. A picture of the product at your door will be sent to your email address as proof of delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. During checkout you will choose the carrier. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
We do not offer free shipping.
When will I get my order?
We will ship your order within 24 hours for all our products in stock. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their handcrafted product. If this isn't the case, returns of unused products with their original packaging and labels are allowed at a maximum of 3 days after the product was delivered. Request a return via our "Contact us form" (see main menu of the website, or the footer) with proof of purchase and a photo of the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs to Cincinnati, OH, are at the charge of buyer. If the item was delivered locally, the buyer will need to ship the item at his/her own expense.
For items that indicate "Final Sale" or "All Sales Final" no returns are allowed.

Are any purchases final sale?
All items indicated to be on sale are final purchase. Therefore, no returns nor refunds are allowed on these items.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our current drop of products made with natural fibers are handwoven in Peru. We carefully select our artisan partners to ensure our products are high quality and we ensure they also receive a fair value for their craftmanship.
We co-create with our artisan partners on the design, colors and finishing hardware details for each piece. We also produce locally in Ohio the packaging and branding elements.
